We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to consider you for a role or to run a search on your behalf.

For candidates, this means reviewing your profile against live and upcoming mandates. We do not share your profile with a client without speaking to you about that specific role first.

Candidate profiles are shared only with the hiring company for a specific role, and only with your knowledge. Client briefs are treated as confidential and are never shared outside the consultants working on the mandate.

We use a third-party form service to deliver website submissions to our inbox, and standard email providers to correspond with you. These providers process your data on our instructions.

We retain candidate profiles for as long as they are useful for matching, and client records for as long as required by our engagement and by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request.

If you no longer wish to hear from us about opportunities, reply to any message asking to be removed and we will stop contacting you.

Candidates are never charged a fee by Top Hire LLP at any stage. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, please report it to us immediately at info@tophire.in.
